Life update

Well, I thought I’d found a job that would let me not be tied to DoorDash, but it didn’t work out. My feet will no longer let me be more than a desk job. I had a bit of a health scare otherwise as well, so will be going to the Doctor soon to talk about all of that.

I was, however, reminded of a quote that fits perfectly with today’s world. “If the devil isn’t attacking you, you are no threat to him,” and that’s not the life I want to live. God has called us to spread His word and message of redemption by grace. In a war, you attack those who are the biggest threat to you, if the devil isn’t attacking you, that means you’re not living as God wants you to. I’ve often said if I end up in a cell, I will praise and worship there, and share the gospel with those I can from there. If I end up back in the hospital, I will praise and worship God from my bed, and share my faith with the orderlies, nurses, and doctors.

Stand strong brothers and sisters, the day is coming when we will see Christ return. I firmly believe, not only from my own reading, but from other interpretations, that the Church, that being the Body of Believers on Earth today, will be taken before the end of days, when God pours out His wrath on this planet. I do not want to then see someone standing to be judged by God, rather than at the Judgement Seat of Christ, who I could have witnessed to. But the simple truth is this, if it is God’s will that I am here for those days, I will not waiver in my faith. If it is His will that I am taken home before those days, I will witness until that day. In short, as long as I wake and draw breath on this Earth, I will proclaim the word of God!
